In 2009 Drive Electric, LLC became the exclusive sales arm of Zone Electric Car. Not long after Drive Electric obtained the exclusive rights to sell Zone Electric Cars, the company received IRS certification that its neighborhood electric vehicles (NEV), Zone Spark NEV-48EX qualified for a federal tax credit up to $6.496.53. Drive Electric vowed to sell the Zone Sparrk electric car on their website, FreeElectricCar.com for the exact amount of the tax credit enabling consumers to receive a brand new NEV for only the cost of shipping. Along with Zone Electric Cars, Drive Electric also sells Western Golf Car, and Lido brands.

Harvest Properties


Harvest Properties was founded in 2003 by Colin Reilly as a real estate investment company. It was organized as an HomeVestors franchise, one of the larger national real estate franchise organizations in the United States. As a principal at Harvest Properties, Colin led the organization to explosive growth becoming the #1 HomeVestors franchise office in the country. Through Colin’s extreme diligence to customer experience his company received awards from HomeVestors for his outstanding achievement. Colin was involved in the purchase, rehabilitation, remodeling and selling of over 1,200 homes during his time with Harvest Properties.

Unfortunately, the business created the challenge of a 4 year investigation by the Arizona Attorney General that stemmed from 1 complaint out of the 1,200 clients that conducted transactions with Colin Reilly and his company Harvest Properties. The investigation ultimately led to the Attorney General accepting a no wrongdoing settlement without any actions by Colin Reilly leading to conviction.
